How fast will you service my HVAC system if there are any issues?

As a Premier Program member, you can expect priority service should your heating and cooling system ever need servicing. Please contact Anderson Air and one of our qualified service technicians will be dispatched to your home, typically within 24 hours.

What is the installation process like and how long does it take?

The installation is performed by AMOS. Installations in most cases take about a day. We will set up a time and day for the installation that is most convenient for you and fits your schedule.

Will someone show me how to work the home comfort system and the controls for it?

Yes. AMOS will answer all your questions concerning how the home comfort system works, walk you through how to properly operate the new controls, and show you how to change parts as required.

What brand of equipment do I get with the Premier Program?

AMOS is a proud Carrier Authorized Factory Dealer and will equip your home with the best Carrier HVAC system for your needs.

What happens to my old HVAC system?

AMOS will safely remove and dispose of your old system in an environmentally friendly manner.

How do I schedule maintenance for my new HVAC system?

AMOS will contact you to schedule your annual home comfort system maintenance. However, if you must reschedule that appointment, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Are there additional costs, other than the Premier Program monthly payment?

No. With the Premier Program, all home comfort system maintenance, consumable parts (such as air filters and UV bulbs), and covered repairs are included per the terms of your Premier Program agreement.

How long does this Premier Program service last? What happens when it ends?

The standard term for the Premier Program is 10 years. At the end of the standard term, you may choose to do any of the following (subject to your agreement terms):

  • Upgrade to a new system
  • Extend your Premier Program agreement
  • Exercise your purchase option
  • Return the system

What if I sell my house?

If you sell your home, you have a couple options with the Premier Program:

  • Contact AMOS to apply to transfer the service to the new homeowner. If approved, they will assume responsibility for remaining payments.
