When you sign up for our Priority Maintenance Plan at Amos Home Services, you’ll get several major benefits.

Half of the PMP subscription cost will be applied to your reserve account each year when you renew. This reserve account can be applied towards a complete HVAC AC system replacement. And you also receive a $500 credit (per PMP-covered system) to your reserve at the first-year renewal.
And just like the PMP agreement, the reserve credit is transferable to a buyer of your home, or it can go with you to a new home! When the reserve is used, the Monthly Reserve starts over. If the Priority Maintenance Plan is canceled or lapses, the reserve credit is forfeited.
